For most services, we prefer that you arrive with dirty, dry hair, as the hair’s natural oils can be beneficial during certain services. If your hair is freshly washed, that’s completely fine—we can wash it again during your service if needed. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before your appointment.

Keratin & Smoothing Treatments
-
Brazilian Keratin is a smoothing treatment designed to reduce frizz, soften the hair, add shine, and make everyday styling easier. It can also significantly reduce blow-drying and styling time. Results typically last around 3–5 months with proper aftercare.
-
We use professional-grade formulas with very low formaldehyde exposure and follow proper application and ventilation procedures to provide a safe and comfortable salon experience.
For clients who prefer a formaldehyde-free option, we also offer Organic Keratin and Hair Botox treatments.
-
Brazilian Keratin provides stronger, longer-lasting smoothing and frizz control.
Organic Keratin offers a gentler, formaldehyde-free smoothing option that helps reduce frizz and improve manageability.
Hair Botox focuses more on deep hydration, repair, softness, shine, and reducing frizz while improving the overall appearance of damaged hair.
Your stylist can help determine which option is best for your hair and desired results.
-
Yes. Brazilian Keratin Roots can be used to treat new growth and help maintain smoothness between full keratin appointments. We also offer lighter smoothing options such as the Keratin Shot depending on your hair and desired result.
-
Aftercare depends on the specific keratin treatment used. Some formulas allow you to wash your hair sooner than others. Your stylist will give you specific instructions after your service so you know exactly when to wash and how to care for your hair at home.
Hair Health & Treatments
-
We offer several professional treatments depending on your hair’s condition and needs, including Kérastase, Olaplex, Truss, Deep Hydration, Reconstruction, Alpha-P Cellula Madre, and more.
Your stylist can evaluate your hair and recommend the treatment that will benefit it most.
-
We offer scalp-focused treatments for concerns such as dryness, flaking, dandruff, hydration, and thinning hair. Your stylist can recommend an appropriate treatment based on the condition of your hair and scalp.
-
Lightening can put additional stress on the hair. Adding Olaplex during a lightening service helps support the hair’s bonds, minimize breakage, and protect the integrity of the hair throughout the process.
-
Yes. We offer Malibu CPR, a corrective treatment that can help remove mineral buildup, discoloration, and certain artificial pigments. It may also be used to prepare the hair for a future color service.
-
The right products depend on your hair and the service you received. Your stylist can recommend professional at-home products to help maintain your color, smoothing treatment, moisture, strength, and overall hair health between appointments.
