Over 25 Years of Passion for Beautiful Hair

Edma’s journey in the beauty industry began in 1997 after graduating from SENAC in São Paulo, Brazil. She went on to own her own salon in São Paulo before moving to Boston in 2004, bringing her experience and passion for hair with her.

After years of building her career in Boston, Edma became the owner of Hair by Edma in Medford in December 2024. Today, she specializes in customized color, balayage, blonding, Brazilian Keratin Treatments, Hair Botox, highlights, hair art, precision haircuts, and healthy hair care.

For Edma, every client is unique. She takes the time to listen, understand your hair and your goals, and create a look that fits your lifestyle while keeping the health and integrity of your hair a priority.

Andreia — Stylist
With over 19 years of experience, Andreia specializes in balayage, Brazilian keratin, highlights, color, styling, and hair treatments. From natural, dimensional color to something more creative, she focuses on creating beautiful results that complement each client.

Sonia — Stylist
With over 35 years of experience behind the chair, Sonia specializes in haircuts, Brazilian keratin treatments, and beautiful, polished blowouts. Her years of experience allow her to create flattering cuts and styles tailored to each client’s hair, preferences, and everyday routine.
