Every client and head of hair is different. Your hair history, texture, length, density, condition, previous chemical services, existing color, and desired result may affect which services can safely and realistically be performed.
Your stylist will evaluate your hair and discuss the recommended service plan before beginning your appointment.

Prices displayed on our website or booking system are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Color, Lightening & Chemical Services
For color, blonding, lightening, keratin, smoothing, relaxing, and other chemical services, it is important to provide your stylist with an accurate history of previous color, bleach, keratin, relaxers, at-home products, and other chemical treatments.
Previous services or the current condition of your hair may affect what can safely be achieved.
Your stylist may recommend modifying, postponing, or declining a service if proceeding could compromise the health or integrity of your hair.
Results & Hair Transformations
Hair inspiration photos are welcome and can help communicate your desired look. However, they are references and do not guarantee an identical result.
Results vary depending on your starting color, hair history, texture, condition, density, and other individual factors.
Major color corrections and transformations may require multiple appointments to achieve the desired result while maintaining the health of your hair.
Appointments & Online Booking
Online appointments are booked through Square. Appointment availability may change until your booking is successfully completed and confirmed.
When using Square, you may also be subject to Square's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Please make sure the service, stylist, date, time, and contact information provided during booking are correct.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will be charged the minimum starting price of the service booked.
Late arrivals may also require an appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Payments & Card Information
Payments and any card information required for online booking are processed securely through Square.
Hair by Edma's website does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Any authorization related to cancellation or no-show fees is subject to the policy disclosed during the booking process.
Deposits
Certain services or appointments may require a deposit.
If a deposit is required, the amount and applicable terms will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.
Photos & Salon Portfolio
Hair by Edma may photograph completed hairstyles for our portfolio, website, or social media only with the client's permission.
If you do not wish to be photographed or have your hair photographed, please let your stylist know.
